Returns :

At POVCam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

* Be unused and in its original condition
* Include all original packaging and accessories
* Not show signs of misuse or accidental damage

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the item
* Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

* Items damaged through misuse
* Products showing signs of wear
* Items returned after 30 days
* Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds :

Once your return has been inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
